Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we need the data strictly for contract processing or for processing your contact request, and you cannot complete the order or send the contact request without providing them. We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries.

4. Data Transfer

For the fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service for the processing of payments.

Data transfer to shipping service providers:
If you have given us your express consent to this during or after your order, we will pass on your e-mail address to the selected shipping service provider based on this consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR so that they can contact you before delivery for the purpose of delivery notification or coordination.

If the controller asserts compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, the right to object ends only if it concerns direct marketing (you can always object to this).
